Children combine locomotion/travelling, manipulation and stability skills while building an understanding of the exchange zone regulations during a Pan Am Games–themed relay race. Children develop an awareness of themselves and develop communication skills as they work with others as they learn to complete a transition as quickly and smoothly as they can.
